As part of our International & Commercial Black Hawk Spares and Repairs Program Management Team, we manage a growing portfolio of repair transactions, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and their mission-critical needs are met.
THE WORK
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in managing and executing customer repair transactions. Reporting to the Repairs Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Interacting with customers before and after sales to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Delivering on all contractual and financial commitments, directly impacting the repairs P&L.
Responding to customer inquiries, providing appropriate product literature, pricing schedules, and recognizing business opportunities.
Resolving production, shipping, invoicing, and warranty issues while identifying and addressing additional business opportunities.
Collaborating with Overhaul and Repair Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of repairs.
Maintaining ITC compliance and supporting cost, quality, and schedule commitments.
Your role will require close collaboration with a broad range of disciplines, including capture management, business development, global sustainment, engineering, fleet management, and field service representatives, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education, with 2-3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of
professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, overhaul and repair operations, supply chain, engineering, or sustainment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with SAP.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Sikorsky experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
