Description:
You will be the PAC-3 Technical Operations Center (TOC) Technical Resource Coordinator for our team. Our team is responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between Field Service Representatives, Technical Operations Center, Engineering teams, Evolutionary Development, and Production to drive success in the PAC-3/IBCS/TMI PATRIOT systems.
As the PAC-3 Technical Operations Center (TOC) Technical Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for serving as the main liaison between cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and support to resolve customer concerns and drive technical issue resolution. You will leverage your comprehensive understanding of the PAC-3/IBCS/TMI PATRIOT systems to facilitate collaboration and communication across teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Serving as primary point of contact for technical matters pertaining to Field Service Representatives, Technical Operations Center, and Engineering teams
• Providing technical support to Field Service Representatives to resolve customer concerns, including fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, hydraulic/mechanical systems
• Interpreting and applying technical data, including drawings, electrical schematics, and product/performance specifications
• Ensuring timely and effective communication between functional and program organizations regarding Field Operations
• Providing technical training to Field Service Representatives as needed
• Traveling domestically and internationally for short periods of time as required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be able to obtain an active security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of military experience in appropriate field commensurate with assignment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
• In-depth knowledge of the PAC-3 (M902/M903) Launching Station, including electrical, hydraulic/mechanical systems and product/performance specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and apply it to resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
• Exceptional team building skills; Demonstrated coordination and collaboration experience
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
• Ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Desired Skills:
• Prior military and proven technical experience and leadership within Patriot Air Defense, maintenance, and sustainment
• Experience as an FSR or working with FSRs providing technical support to resolve customer concerns
• Ability to interpret drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, product/performance specifications and other systems integration technical data.
• Experience with technical training and development, including creating and delivering training programs for technical personnel
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Contract Account Manager (CAM) experience
• MRO/SAP Experience
• IADS Experience
• MS Teams Experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
