Crave a challenge that is also rewarding? This is an operational support role to an active fighter unit; you will be responsible for the security and integrity of our systems that keep our jets flying.

It takes more than steel, advanced electronics and engine thrust to make the F-35 Lightning II, the world's fifth generation fighter, take flight. It is the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) that gives F-35 Lightning II operators the ability to plan, to maintain, to plan and sustain its systems over the life of the air vehicle. ALIS provides the IT backbone and capabilities to support current and future Warfighters across the U.S. and allied military services.

As critical members of the F35 Operations Team, all ALIS administrators must be able to:

* Obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access

* Capable of working various shift hours to include weekends to support customer mission requirements.

* Candidates offered a position may be required to complete a pre-employment medical exam that is designed to ensure capability to deploy with our military customer, which may be to austere environments with limited access to medical care.

Special Requirements:

This position will support the F35 National ALIS Support Center Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) The successful candidate will serve as a Multi-Function Info Analyst on 3rd Shift supporting customers in multiple regions and time zones by providing problem resolution to Tier 1 Administrators sites in all facets of the F-35 ALIS and MPE systems.

As a Multi-functional ALIS Administrator on our F-35 ALIS National ALIS Support Center (NASC) team, you will be supporting Field ALIS Administrators on inquiries regarding mission planning admin duties, system admin duties, and network admin duties. NASC Administrators comprise the Tier 2 Support Desk and are generally the first point of contact for Site Administrator inquiries, field questions and/or concerns, create trouble tickets and troubleshoot any reported problems. You will be expected to grow your knowledge of other administrator roles to further develop your skills and increase capabilities within the ALIS administrator realm.

* Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

o Interacting daily with users providing assistance on the ALIS and MPE product suite

o Using program documentation and knowledge experience to investigate reported issues and work to resolve them

o Support site administrators with ALIS and Mission Planning/Debriefing questions and identify and work to resolve system shortfalls

o Support, administer, and monitor associated hardware/software

o Maintaining smooth, secure operation of multi-user computer systems through coordination with NASC peers, Tier1 customers and engineers

o Backups, restores, and disaster recovery of systems/databases/network equipment

o Reviewing processes/procedures, collect system operational data for analysis
Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications :
• Extensive knowledge of ALIS software and hardware
• Secret security clearance investigation within 6 years and program access, DoD IAT Level II certification
• Ability to track multiple tasks/tickets to completion and provide training to team members when needed
• Willingness and ability to learn all areas of F-35 system support
• Willingness to travel to support on-site taskings across the enterprise (Studies, Upgrades, etc..)
Desired Skills:
• Master Craftsman in at least one individual MFA discipline - preferably DBA or System Administration.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
