As a Manufacturing Support Team Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the F-35 Wing Systems operations by facilitating cross-functional processes, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing production workflows. What You Will Be Doing
• Support Wings Operations production and business processes in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Perform activities across multiple disciplines, including:
• Production planning and control.
• Total quality management.
• Systems and manufacturing process improvements.
• Equipment and facilities engineering.
• Material management and process reengineering.
• Facilitate self-directed work teams and provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers.
• Interact with internal and external customers to address product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Leverage expertise in one or more areas of manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency and meet production goals.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Manufacturing &/or Production Operations methodologies in a professional environment.
• Experience using tools, machines, &/or systems typically used in a Production &/or Manufacturing environment.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel.
• Understanding of business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).
• Working knowledge of manufacturing systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Previous development experience.
• Working knowledge of Crew Plans.
• Experience forecasting manpower.
• Experience with leadership background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
