Lockheed Martin’s SOF GLSS Team, the leading provider of a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance and sustainment services is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to join the SOF GLSS team in Tampa, FL. The candidate will perform classified duties supporting multiple Special Operations groups.



What You Will Be Doing

As the Logistics Management Analyst your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Property Management Activities:
• Receiving, posting, issue, disposal, and other life cycle sustainment activities • Maintaining loose issue and bulk storage areas organized by: • Location • NSN (National Stock Number) • Serviceability • Accurate counts

Equipment Management:
• Issuing equipment to individuals, units, or activities • Performing perpetual inventories upon issue • Conducting biweekly inventory counts for ordering purposes • Conducting quarterly and annual inventories or as directed by the Accountable Property Officer (APO)

Receiving and Processing Equipment:
• Receiving equipment turned in by individuals, units, or activities • Inspecting, classifying, and segregating items received • Performing direct exchange of items • Processing equipment for: • Laundry • Alterations •

Services Equipment Transportation and Disposal:
• Transporting equipment to and from: • Maintenance facilities • Laundry • Alteration • Turn-in points • Miscellaneous locations • Turning in unserviceable equipment as directed by the APO

Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
• Performing accurate data entry into DoD Logistics Information Systems (LIS) • Maintaining required records within assigned LIS • Executing materiel transactions

Supply Management and Logistics:
• Applying basic supply management principles • Demonstrating detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to: • Stock control • Receipt • Storage • Issue • Inventory • Accountability • Other life cycle sustainment activities and logistics-related duties

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
General knowledge of DoD policy relating Supply Chain, Property, and Inventory (e.g., DoDM 4100.39, 4160.21, DODI 4140.01, 4160.28, 5000.64, 8320.04, etc.). General understanding of interoperability between DOD services supply chain data management. General knowledge of governing DoD and Service supply chain logistic support systems, e.g., Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS), FEDLOG, H2 Federal Supply Classification (FSC), H6 Item Name Directory, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps / Army (GCSS-MC and GCSS-A), and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds unassisted. Be able to travel to Continental/Contiguous United States (CONUS) / Outside of the Continental/Contiguous United States (OCONUS) as required. Ability to maintain a Top-Secret clearance and have a valid driver's license.
Desired Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent deadlines. Possess intermediate skill level of Microsoft products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint (web portal). Familiar with Special Operations Logistics Management System (SOLMAN). Familiar with Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
