Description:The Lockheed Martin Aeronautic Field Sustainment's F-22 Flight Test Administrator position, located at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), Nevada will be the single-point of contact to oversee all F-22 aircraft Operational Test (OT) support operations. The scope of this position includes directly/indirectly interfacing with Field Service Engineers, Field Support Representative, Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) and Mission Planners.

Additionally, the selected candidate will provide direct guidance to 422 OT and 53rd Test Evaluation Group (TEG) personnel on how to maximize the Nellis F-22 fleet for test objectives.

A Day in the Life:
As an F-22 Flight Test Administrator you will wear many hats as the daily customer mission dictates. The two primary hats consist of daily monitoring of air vehicle issues to identify times where mission planning integration and flightline avionics maintenance and resolve those occurrences and mission planning admin duties. This role will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to OT objectives and Operational Flight Program (OFP) maturation. You will field questions and assist in overall aircraft troubleshooting activities. Additionally, you will have access to FSE tools/software to bring multiple capabilities to resolve issues.

The F-22 Flight Test Administrator will be qualified and capable of assisting our customer deployed in multiple roles to enable effective OT sorties. A F-22 Flight Test Administrator is a critical member of the F-22 operations employment team and will be required to:

• Obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access

• Obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance if required by the customer

• Be capable of working various shift hours to include weekends to support customer mission requirements

• Complete a pre-employment medical exam that is designed to ensure capability to deploy with our military customer, which may be to austere environments with limited access to medical care.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Directly interface with Lockheed Martin, Boeing Aerospace, and Nellis AFB senior leadership for F-22 aircraft sustainment, systems troubleshooting and repairs, on-aircraft modification/low observable production activities and delivery schedules.
• Acting as the team's interface with the site-lead and the various program offices
• Leadership tasks including but not limited to status reporting, team scheduling, team performance assessments, team training, talent planning, succession planning, and technical leadership

• Experienced and knowledgeable about F-22 air vehicle avionics architecture & capable of using and interpreting F-22 Operations aircraft system troubleshooting tools/software

• Support pilots in Mission Planning/Debriefing and identify/resolve system shortfalls

• Support Field Support Engineers (FSE) & aircraft maintenance technicians in avionics troubleshooting to return aircraft to service
• Assign project personnel to specific phases or aspects of aircraft improvement projects, and coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
• Lastly, the Flight Test Administrator will ensure team members are ready, equipped, and available to support customer stateside or international deployments. The Flight Test Administrator duties may require limited travel.
• Must be a United States citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting. Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance with an investigation within the last 6 years. Must possess, or be able to obtain and maintain F-22/F-22 Special Access Program access.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• Experience with USAF products and processes to include F-22 hardware and maintenance, technical orders and technical drawings, at the organizational and intermediate levels.
• At least 15 years F-22 Fighter aircraft experience
• Minimum of 12 year’s experience with Avionics/Mission systems (MS) and/or Vehicle System/APG (VS).
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
• The candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills
• USAF Flight Test Experience - Developmental Test (DT) or Operational Test (OT)
• Raptor Agile Capability Release (RACR) Operational Flight Progam (OFP) development and/or maturation.
• USAF Lead Sortie Production Supervisor
• Lockheed Martin Program Management
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
