THE WORK
The Sikorsky Program Performance Transformation Senior Manager leads the identification, execution and implementation of process improvements to our Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and other Program Performance Tools and processes across Sikorsky. The Sikorsky Program Performance Transformation Senior Manager partners with Market Segment and Program Executives, Program Managers, Engineering, Operations, Finance & Business Operations, Contracts, Quality Assurance, Communications, Business Development, and Sikorsky EP&T leadership to understand enterprise issues impacting program performance and develop consistent enterprise approaches to alleviate systemic issues.

Basic Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in EVM, project management, and process improvement, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving transformational change.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, or related field)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field (e.g. project management, operations, project planning)
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects and initiatives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Desired Skills:
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, or related field)
• Experience with internal audit and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Sikorsky programs, business objectives and organization

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
