What You Will Be Doing
As the F-35 RoR Sustainment Supply Consumables and Replenishments Lead (Level 4), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the readiness and mission success of the F-35 fleet. This leadership position is responsible for managing the Repair of Repairables (RoR) contracts and overseeing the delivery of critical consumables and replenishments needed to support global operations. You will collaborate across multiple functional teams — including Supply Chain, Program Management, Item Analysis, and Finance — to drive process improvements, ensure contract execution, and meet operational demands. Acting as a key interface between internal teams and external customers, you will contribute technical expertise, strategic insight, and operational excellence to sustain the world’s most advanced fighter platform. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination, execution, and management of Repair of Repairables (RoR) contracts to meet cost, schedule, and on-time delivery (OTD) targets within the defined Period of Performance (PoP).
- Manage the delivery of consumables and replenishment materials critical to sustaining the operational readiness of the global F-35 fleet.
- Standardize and streamline internal processes across Supply Chain, Program Management, Item Analysis, and related teams to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and execution quality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to identify system requirements, develop proposals, and recommend solutions based on feasibility and performance analysis.
- Conduct technical studies and performance evaluations to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements within the sustainment supply function.
- Develop and present technical product information and operational updates to internal leadership and external customers.
- Provide expert consulting and technical solutions to resolve post-installation and post-implementation software or system-related challenges.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and proactively identify risks and opportunities within the sustainment supply lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as a Cost/Control Account Manager (i.e. Earned Value Management methodology (EVM) experience, managing budgets, program schedule, captured costs)
- Experience with partnering and/or coordinating across functions and/or teams in support of programs or project milestones and/or managing program or project deliverables with tight deadlines
- Experience with SAP Business Client software

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
