THE WORK
In this role, you’ll manage a small, high-performing team responsible for the planning, preparation, routing, compliance, and control of MRO contracted work. Your focus will be ensuring a smooth, controlled flow of materials and services to meet the MRO output schedule and contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating team recruitment, training, performance assessment, and assignments.
Managing compliance, tracking work in process, and providing regular status updates to internal and external customers.
Acting as the primary liaison for Material Logistics, Operations, and Programs, ensuring collaboration across multiple functions including Finance, Quality, Supply Management, and Program Management.
Driving execution by developing aftermarket operations plans, managing resources, reducing supply chain risks, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Leading the development and sustainment of operational metrics to track performance and ensure accountability.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills
MRO/SAP operating systems experience
Experienced in all aspects of contracts execution
Familiar with Government Property Management
Solid customer interface skills required
Desired Skills:
Proficient with the SAP operating system
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Proficient in all aspects of material execution
Proficient interpersonal and team building skills
Advanced written and oral communication skills
Ability to lead a multi-functional team
Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
