This role will lead integration of many complex schedules, processes, and supporting functional organizations to meet production requirements for a portfolio of programs within ADP.

What You Will Be Doing
• Leads Supervisors, Technical Leads and manufacturing activities including facilities and capital planning, tool utilization, manufacturing plans, workflows and crew loading for the Palmdale Tool Make Department.
• Assigns work priority to a team of Tool and Die Making leaders and technicians.
• Assures the timeliness and accuracy of all records. Manages direct, indirect and allocated Business Unit Budgets.
• Uses earned value management tools to manage production task execution.
• Responsible for strategy and execution.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordination with manufacturing engineering to provide technical input to employees
• Staffing line analysis and planning
• Performing yearly performance assessments and review for salaried employees.
• Ensuring certification of employees who perform certification required tasks.
• Presenting to Executives on Regular Basis

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree required

• Aerospace Production Leadership experience.

• Project management and decision making experience utilizing business and financial acumen in production management tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM) to track and ensure task execution and budget alignment.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, interface with engineering and production stakeholders, and execute strategic objectives in alignment with organizational goals.

• Active Secret Clearance required to apply
Desired Skills:
• STEM Degree preferred; with 15 years total experience
• Multiple roles with Aerospace Tool Make, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Assembly, or Integration lines of business.
• Experience in new team creation and program startup.
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed for collaboration, communication and presentation Customer Interface.
• Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development.
• Demonstrated positive employee engagement with utilization of Culture of Accountability (COA) and Full Spectrum Leader (FSL) techniques.
• Strategic thinking and alignment of tech strategy with product realization.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $117,200 - $206,770. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
