Job Responsibilities
Description:Responsible for sustainment program support to include integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment plan creation and support requirements for the lifecycle of the product. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. May serve as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or training on system design and specifications. Functions as the internal design interface between support system, concepts and specifications. Performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Other analysis may include interface studies, timeline and requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability.
Specific Job Description
• Supports depot-level repairs, modifications, and refurbishments of M-TADS and LONGBOW FCR Systems
• Understands data analytics and trend analysis
• Facilitates and coordinates the repair, rework, fault isolation, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing of mechanical, electrical, and structural subsystems, as well as complete systems
• Performs work in compliance with all engineering drawings, schematics, test requirements, repair procedures, quality assurance requirements, environmental safety and health directives, foreign object debris (FOD) and electro-static discharge (ESD) protocols, and information systems (IS) security postures
• Documents and updates repair workflows, progress, and results in maintenance data collection systems IAW Apache Fire Control processes and procedures
• Performs limited supply duties (load/unload assets from shipping containers) and operates overhead hoists
• Works with hazardous materials and chemicals, utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

Responsible for Retrofit and Fielding support on the M-TADS/PNVS program. capable of solving complex problems and work under pressure in a Production environment. Coordinates modification records for internal management and government control. Implements and status plans for Engineering Change Proposals and field retrofits. Coordinate the release of Contractor Implementation Plans (CIP) and Modification Work Orders (MWO) to the field. Prepares reports of status and change effect on overall product for management and customers. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with reliability, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of peers, internal customers and management
Perform supply chain management activities and day to day repair management. The candidate will perform data analysis of repair work, utilizing various tools and in-depth analysis to make future predictions of repair work. Executes decisions for operating repair facilities, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of repair. Individual will interface with repair operations, repair depot locations and material management to ensure repair orders are processed in a timely manner and that promised delivery dates meet customer requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's technical degree from an accredited institution in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related discipline
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Ability to understand policies and procedures for the control of Government Property
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Ability to work with hazardous materials
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies, cable-and-harness, and circuit card assemblies (CCA)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test/repair procedures
• Ability to interpret industry standards and military specifications
• Knowledge/Experience in system trouble-shooting and fault isolation methods
• Experience with supporting/maintaining military hardware
• Experience using AMS (Asset Management System)
• Knowledge and experience in material movement practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
