Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Full-Time Early Career Electrical Engineer in Orlando, FL.
The LRASM Program Area is an established production program with a growing build rate in parallel to new development activities. The LRASM program is seeking candidates to fill the position for the LRASM EE Supplier Support role. This position is responsible for supporting hardware build processes for the LRASM C-3 and C-1 variants regarding production operations in Ocala and Troy, inclusive of early engineering build hardware (i.e. DVT and Qual activities) with vendor supplier support.
The successful candidate is expected to have experience working with the Production Operations team, Ocala, Troy and/or Supply Chain to produce hardware. Candidate should have extensive knowledge of electrical design and test equipment, as well as familiarity with board, firmware and power designs and how changes impact system level capabilities.
This position reports to the LRASM Electrical lead and will provide day-to-day interface with LRASM program management, Global Supply Chain (GSC) team members, and the various Supplier IPT teams. The candidate will transition to the production team as the C-3 efforts complete development and enter production.
The candidate is responsible for supporting the program area in meeting all production and/or supplier commitments including technical performance, schedule, and cost. The successful candidate will be required to communicate technical status and issues internally to program leadership, technical leadership and functional leadership as well as externally to the customer. The individual must have the experience, drive, and demonstrated capability to support team of multifunctional engineers of varying disciplines to provide technical excellence and mission success.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
This position will require the candidate to travel for about 1 week every other month to attend supplier site visits.
Basic Qualifications:
• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Candidate must be willing to travel for up to 1 week every 2 months in order to attend supplier site visits.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with the use of electrical equipment: Power Supplies, Multimeters, Oscilloscope.
• Experience with troubleshooting analog and digital circuits.
• Experience using Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for the implementation and management of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
