Job Responsibilities
Description:We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to serve as an Alternate COMSEC Custodian for the Lockheed Martin 1Y2R3 cage code. The successful candidate will support the implementation of security programs and business modernization efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidance and driving speed across programs utilizing Enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and audit security programs to ensure compliance with government regulations, including 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16, and Lockheed Martin policies
• Prioritize the control and protection of COMSEC material in daily routines, including receipt, custody, issuing, safeguarding, accounting, and destruction
• Manage and account for COMSEC material using DIAS and KMI systems (KMI certification required after start date, with potential travel for in-person training)
• Collaborate with teams to support contractual security requirements for DoD collateral classified and special access programs
• Develop and implement procedures for handling, storing, and accessing classified and COMSEC materials, including creation of implementation manuals and security education briefings
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, including the NSA COR
• Investigate security violations, prepare reports, and recommend preventive actions
• Maintain accurate records, including receipt and dispatch records for COMSEC material (SF-153)
• Participate in security self-inspections, COMSEC semi-annual inventories, and support shipping and transmission of CCI and COMSEC material to external sites
• Assist leadership in gathering data for Corporate initiatives
Key skills:
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances
• Strong understanding of government regulations and security policies, including 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, and NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for KMI certification training (if required)

Basic Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Preferred candidate must have knowledge of the NISPOM and NSA/CSS Policy
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience administering physical security, personnel security, information security, and operations security requirements
• Excellent administrative and computer skills
Desired Skills:
• Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) certification and experience using KMI system
• Familiarization with DIAS databases for managing COMSEC material
• Complete the NSA COR COMSEC Account Manager Training Course
• Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations and decisions on a daily basis.
• Experience supporting investigations
• Proven ability to manage competing, multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Effective teaming skills (with team, internal/external customers, suppliers)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
