You will be the RF Engineer for the F35 System Integration Labs (SIL) Electronic Warfare (EW) Integration Team. Our team is responsible for Electronic Warfare Threat Emitter Modeling and Simulation for Hardware-In-The-Loop (HITL) System Integration Labs (SILs). We work with the latest threat intelligence data and EW Stimulators to develop, program, and verify radar waveforms, ensuring the seamless integration and testing of advanced aircraft systems.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Electronic Warfare Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the integration and validation efforts of advanced threat emitter models within the F35 SIL/SIM framework. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and programming radar waveforms using EW simulators like CEESIM and A2PATS.
• Verifying and validating the behavior of radar models through comprehensive RF signal generation and integration testing.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and industry partners to enhance the "intel to test" timeline and ensure alignment across multi-program venues.
• Creating detailed documentation and technical reports to streamline integration processes and support ongoing development efforts.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or 8+ years of relevant experience
• Background and experience with RF simulators used for Electronic Warfare testing (ex: CEESIM, A2PATS, and NEWEG).
• Familiarity with commercial RF test equipment, such as Signal/Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs)
• Strong experience in analyzing complex radar systems and/or familiarity with various types of intelligence data, such as EWIRDB, CED, and ITEAMS.
Desired Skills:
• Previous military experience with ELINT/SIGINT/COMINT signal analysis is highly desired.
• Experience in testing advanced avionics or Mission Data for 4th and 5th generation fighter aircraft.
• Proficient working knowledge of CED, EWIRDB, Intelligence data, MATLAB, Linux, and Python.
• Proficiency in Electronic Warfare fundamentals and threat radar systems/parametrics.
• Experience in developing physics-based open and closed loop Radar behavioral system models.
• Experience implementing Real-Time closed loop Radar models into a Hardware-in-the-Loop laboratory environment.
• Experience with integrating RF laboratory signal generation hardware and performing RF signal Verification & Validation for Radar applications.
• Ability to recognize and analyze problems, strong attention to detail, conduct thorough research, summarize results, and communicate recommendations effectively both orally and in writing.
• Capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to collect, analyze, and present data to various stakeholders.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
