THE WORK
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Support Team Member to support the manufacturing operations team at Lockheed Martin RMS in Moorestown, NJ. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes, interacting with multiple functions across the factory to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage document control for manufacturing drawings, parts lists, and test methods to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support stockroom operations, including managing inventory, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to minimize issues.
-Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support to resolve inventory discrepancies, document control issues, and other operational challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.

Please Note: This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills, who possesses a strong foundation in manufacturing operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with systems such as SAP, and is able to leverage their technical skills to drive process improvements and troubleshoot operational challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a level 1 entry level role.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 2 years of experience in manufacturing or associate's/bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., operations management, supply chain management, engineering) preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite

This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with controlled documents such as engineering drawings
- Experience in SAP

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
