THE WORK
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the planning, organization, integration, and deployment of Quality Transformation activities that will enable the adoption and sustainment of 1LMX transformation capabilities within the RMS organization. This key role will report directly to the Director of RMS Quality Transformation and play a critical part in driving the success of our quality transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid role with regular onsite work at one of the listed manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Corporate Quality Council (CQC) to support RMS-led 1LMX imperatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Lead and facilitate cross-business area working sessions, including project updates to stakeholders, sponsors, end-users and management as required
• Coordinate technical quality engagement for 1LMX processes, governance, and interfaces to ensure successful implementation
• Engage and mobilize necessary resources to drive timely completion of milestones and data calls
• Develop and manage project schedules, evaluating the impact of changes on cost and schedule
• Monitor project performance, recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical problems throughout the project lifecycle

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in Operations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Experience with project scheduling, IMS development, resource allocation and performance monitoring
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Desired Skills:
Experience as a Quality, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineer.
Experience with Project Management
Experience in technical data management.
Proficiency with Jira and MS Project and/or Open Plan

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
