Space has an open mid-career level Integrated Program Planner position to support the 1LMX Change Management Organization Program Manager to develop schedules and interface with program adopters of the 1LMX capabilities.

In order to confirm benefits are realized for the programs on the deployment roadmap, the Space 1LMX Change Management Office (CMO) functional adoption activities need to be aligned with individuals in the programs and tracked accordingly. This role will bring the visibility and connection necessary between functions and programs to successfully scale 1LMX while also ensuring successful adoption.

As our Planner, you will be the connection point between 1LMX Functional Organization common process deployments and Program demand, resulting in an Adoption Dashboard for all of Space to leverage to determine the progress of 1LMX adoption.

In this role, you will:

• Gain insight from 1LMX roadmap as to program demand of 1LMX Capabilities

• Understand adoption cycles of 1LMX Capabilities established by the change management leads, product teams, and functional owners

• Work with the program leadership teams to discover the specific individuals that need to adopt 1LMX capabilities

• Align individuals to adoption cycles connecting product team Agile Hive activity to program IMS (or supplemental IMS)

• Coordinate adoption plan milestone achievements on Adoption Dashboard to assist various stakeholders in visualizing completion status (1LMX Program, Functional, and Program Leadership)



Our level 4 employees typically have 9-15 years of experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to work in Agile Hive and align milestones to external IMS

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis

• Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers

• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Prosci Organizational Change Management certification (note: the CMO may offer this as a potential learning as they onboard with the team)

• Demonstrated ability in managing of metrics and reporting out to stakeholder for alignment

• Lockheed Martin – Space experience across multiple Lines of Business

• Experience working with 1LMX capabilities and development teams at the enterprise and across BAs

• Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration

• Demonstrated ability to network across functional areas to drive results

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities

• Demonstrated team building skills

• Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
