As a Project/Program Management Representative, you’ll be at the heart of operations, bridging the gap between project management, planning, and execution. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and influence project outcomes while collaborating with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between project teams and line management.

- Review project statuses and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare comprehensive status reports to keep stakeholders informed.

- Identify project challenges and develop innovative solutions to meet quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction goals while enhancing productivity and team morale.

- Create and implement mechanisms for tracking project progress and proactively addressing issues in partnership with project managers, line managers, and clients.

This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or 3 years' experience in the aviation industry in absence of Bachelors Degree

- Experience working with multiple business areas to drive solutions

- Experience simultaneously managing multiple tasks, planned and unplanned in a high tempo environment

- Experience with process improvement techniques

- Experience with aviation specific documentation
Desired Skills:
- Experience with project management to include status reporting and schedule management
- C-130 and/or F-16 aircraft hands-on experience
- Ability to read and understand aircraft manuals, drawings and other technical documents
- Able to generate, review and produce BOE (Basis of Estimate) for proposals
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Expert Excel & PowerPoint skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
