This position provides planning/scheduling support for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) F-16 leading the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Learn more about the F-16 Living Legacy here!

What You Will Be Doing
This position provides planning/scheduling support on the F-16 Program Planning team, focusing on Proposal planning and campaigns.

Responsibilities include:
• Development and maintenance of schedules.
• Candidate will also integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans.
• Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
• Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management System, performing schedule risk assessments as required, creating formal schedule CDRL reports as required, development of proposal schedules, and maturation of forward planning efforts.
• Perform complex analysis and develop recommended courses of action to be delivered to internal and external customers.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior Planners to align to Industry and Lockheed Martin standard scheduling practices.
• Drive communication and integration across a variety of program functional organizations such as Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, Business Management, Program Finance, and Program Management.

This position will utilize excellent communication and customer service skills to present program analysis and lead schedule development workshops.

3. Microsoft Excel

Secondary Tools Used (Not limited to):
1. Microsoft Project
2. SAP

***Employee will need to obtain and hold a Secret security clearance as part of employment***

*Candidate must be in or willing to relocate to Fort Worth, TX area. This position may require some travel to suppliers/customers typically less ~10% of the year depending on business need.*

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
