What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Supervisor (Second Shift) in Greenville, SC, you will lead a team responsible for site maintenance, service ticket management, preventative maintenance, and emergency response to ensure seamless operations. Working closely with Base Ops, you will address facility needs, coordinate after-hours support, and oversee team performance, including training and work assignments. Located at Donaldson Airfield, the Greenville site spans 16 hangars and multiple support buildings, requiring a proactive leader to maintain efficiency and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee second-shift facilities personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Oversee service ticket resolution, preventative maintenance, and emergency response to maintain seamless site operations.
- Coordinate with Base Ops and other relevant personnel to handle emergency situations and ensure site safety.
- Recruit, train, and assess team performance, including handling work assignments, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Ensure smooth operations across 16 hangars and multiple support buildings at Donaldson Airfield by proactively addressing facility needs.
- Provide thorough shift turnovers and updates to all relevant personnel to ensure operational continuity.

Who You Are
You are a proactive leader with a strong background in facilities maintenance and operations, skilled in managing teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless site functionality. Experienced in maintenance planning and emergency response coordination, you excel in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and operational standards. As a second-shift supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for maintaining the Greenville site at Donaldson Airfield, which includes 16 hangars and multiple support buildings, ensuring uninterrupted operations through effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
6 Years of Facilities Experience
Leadership Experience
Experience in Microsoft MS Suite to include:
Project, Excel.
Experience in Process Improvement Initiatives
Desired Skills:
Working Knowledge in Fire Suppression Systems
Working Knowledge in Arresting Gear Systems
Degree in Related Field
Knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Visual
Task Board, and AMCS (Asset Management and
Control System)
Knowledge of Aircraft Ground Support Equipment
Strong Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
Certifications/Licenses in Electrical, Plumbing or
HVAC

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
