Description:
You will be the Supply Chain Risk & Enterprise Data Project Manager for the Missiles & Fire Control Global Supply Chain Risk & Enterprise Data team. Our team is responsible for improving and managing proactive risk and opportunity processes and metrics for our supply chain function, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Supply Chain Risk & Enterprise Data Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with the team to develop and implement risk management strategies, conducting industry research, and analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with senior employees to drive project management efforts, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication, coordination, and execution. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting industry research and analyzing metrics to inform risk management decisions
• Developing risk and mitigation templates, and creating a resource repository
• Serving as a communications liaison with internal customers, and designing content for a risk communications newsletter
• Performing project management duties, such as stakeholder communication, meeting coordination, and action item tracking
• Collaborating with senior employees to establish deadlines, conduct follow-up measures, and ensure project closure

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Detail-oriented
• Positive, can-do attitude, team-oriented
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Operates efficiently & functions well in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage several simultaneous projects successfully
• Tech savvy: Proficient & agile computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

• Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions

• Experience with data analytics / metrics software, data extraction and interpretation
• SAP Procurement Systems (ie Procure 2 Pay (P2P))
• Supply Chain experience (Subcontracting experience associated with commodities, assemblies, and equipment within Defense or Aerospace industries)
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and requirements for FAR / DFAR based contracts

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
