Description:

You will be the Compliance Team Lead for MFC's Enterprise Property Management group. Our team is responsible for overseeing and managing customer and capital property under Lockheed Martin control, ensuring compliance with contracts, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and company policies.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Compliance Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team in performing contractor self-assessments, developing solutions to issues, and driving process improvements. You will also interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations, contracts, and industry standards to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading a team in performing property management contractor self-assessments, including DCMA PMSA, AS9100, and Customer audits
• Interpreting and applying FAR, contracts, and industry standards to ensure compliance
• Identifying business system risks and developing solutions to mitigate them
• Integrating best practices into property management processes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Designing and delivering specialized property training for stakeholders
• Developing metrics and dashboards to monitor compliance and performance
• Reviewing Command Media for opportunities to improve property management processes

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience performing process audits or self-assessments, documenting the results and any observations/non-conformances
• Experience with identifying data trends and analyzing metrics
• Experience developing and conducting specialized training
• Working knowledge of Government Property related FAR and DFARs clauses
• Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) knowledge
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fluid operating environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with data analytics and data visualization skills (such as Tableau)
Desired Skills:
• Ability to effectively work with Government customers, cross functional teams, internal/external auditors, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem solver, capable of identifying root cause and identifying mitigation plans with practical solution approaches
• Experience with data analytics and digital transformation tools with the ability to drive implementation of improvements
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience using PROP, MMS, SAP, P2P, I2S, I2S Subcontractor Management Portal
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects
• National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certification
• 10 or more years of related experience or 8 or more years with a degree
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
