Job Responsibilities
Description:
You will be the Project Engineer for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Line of Business in Arlington, TX. Our team is responsible for driving the Evolutionary Development program area, collaborating with multiple external customers and intra-LM teams to deliver innovative solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the proposal process, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving the capture of key programs for the future of PAC-3.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating proposal teams and working groups to develop Statements of Work (SOW) and proposal inputs
• Creating proposal schedules, presentation materials, and reviewing inputs for reasonableness
• Establishing and coordinating internal and executive reviews, including INAR, ICE, and ITR/CETR reviews
• Coordinating external Basis of Estimate (BOE) reviews with customers and negotiating direct elements
• Developing and presenting proposal status to program management on a regular cadence
• Occasional travel may be required

This position is located in Arlington, TX.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Knowledge of Lockheed Martin company policies and procedures as they relate to proposals.
- Working knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, Statements of Work, Deliverables, etc.
- Ability to work projects and challenges simultaneously from inception to completion.
- Ability to interface and work well with multiple functional areas (i.e. sourcing, receiving, shipping, engineering, quality, contracts, program office and
external customers)
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to develop lasting customer and internal relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface with senior leadership and external customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
