Your primary job role is a Customer & Field Support Integrator on the F-35 Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) team serving as a primary connection with the internal and external user customer community within operational sites, flight test sites, and production/flight line.
Your primary responsibility is providing a high level of support and service to the customer sites and remote sites for efficient usage of the PHM system. Additional tasks include understanding delivered PHM product performance in the field, evaluating PHM product performance relative to customer expectations, establishing and tracking metrics, and prioritizing recommended changes to PHM products across all operational sites. Roles and responsibilities may require extensive travel.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technical field, equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience with aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting or Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) engineering or PHM capability development and sustainment.
Experience with military aircraft operational sites and flight test sites.
Experience with military aircraft flight line and production operations.
Desired Skills:
Engineering degree
Experience with legacy or F-35 aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, Prognostics & Health Management (PHM)
engineering and PHM capability development and sustainment for advanced military aircraft
Experience at military aircraft operational sites and flight test sites
Experience within military aircraft flight line and production operations
Experience interacting with military aircraft acquisition, user, and maintainer customers
Ability to understand and interpret maintenance records and develop meaningful performance measures
Technical understanding and familiarity with the Anomaly and Fault Resolution System (AFRS) and Off-Board Prognostics and Health Management (OBPHM) architectures, data flows, and processes
Technical problem solving skills
Technical lead experience
Project engineering / project leadership experience
Systems engineering experience
Experience with working in a dynamic, diverse team environment
Team player with good organizational skills
Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and service personnel
Experience with Logistics & Sustainment of advanced military aircraft
F-35 program experience
F35 knowledge in the system design, operation and diagnostics of Air Vehicle and Mission Systems
Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) experience
Strong presentation and customer service skills
Must be able to operate in a highly complex environment, building and sustaining relationships across geographic and organization boundaries
Experience driving actions to meet or exceed customer satisfaction
Understands financial impacts of decisions and actions of the team
Skilled user of MS Office
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
