Description:We are Lockheed Martin

This hybrid position will support the F-35 Finance Digital Transformation Team in Fort Worth, Texas. This position will play an important role in the ongoing transformation of the F-35 Finance organization. The individual will pursue automation and digitization projects to improve and speed up finance processes on the program. This role will design and develop methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse sources of data across the program. In addition, this position will support the F-35 Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team during surge periods (month end / year end), where they will be responsible for assisting in the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals. The individual will support the development of the Long Range Plan for all Financial and Base Related requirements, and will track program financial goals / targets for each program’s platform. This position will ensure accuracy of invoice and billings, and will support other financial analyses pertaining to Orders, Sales, Earnings, and Cash on an ad hoc basis. Prepare and provide status of Program’s financial performance to FP&A Director and Business Management Director. Interface with the JPO/DCMA as required.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Data Analysis, MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or Business related with 3-5 years’ experience
• Experience with modern analytical software (Tableau, Alteryx, Knime, or similar)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and Power Point
• Experience developing and utilizing pivot tables and databases to obtain data and develop reports
Desired Skills:
• Digital Transformation experience
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Previous FP&A Experience
• Experience with Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE)
• Experience with Enterprise Toolsets (ADAR, Hyperion, SAP, or other comparable systems)
• Experience developing affirmative work relationships in order to interface with all levels of personnel in a positive manner
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and quality are required
• Experience multi-tasking to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
