What You Will Be Doing
Are you ready to lead at the intersection of data, logistics, and innovation? Join our F-35 Sustainment Supply Operations & Logistics team as a Provisioning Data Manager, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting the global readiness of the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft.
In this leadership position, you will oversee the Supply Provisioning Data Processes & Delivery Team, managing the end-to-end provisioning and cataloging of spares to support the JSF Global Spares Pool (JSP) and international operational base outfitting. You’ll ensure our databases and tools are current, accurate, and aligned with enterprise systems to support global sustainment operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, people leadership, and a drive for continuous process improvement in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of provisioning and cataloging data for both domestic and international F-35 sustainment programs.
- Oversee team performance, cost, schedule, and technical quality across all provisioning and cataloging efforts.
- Ensure maintenance and updates of the JSF ATLAS MIL-STD-1388/2B and GEIA-STD-0007B databases to align with systems such as ALIS, LDM, SAP, and future systems (e.g., 1LMX).
- Lead the development and implementation of next-gen provisioning tools using GEIA STD-0007B-compliant SLICWave LPD tools.
- Maintain accurate ‘As-Delivered’ configurations for all aircraft and support database inputs needed for logistics tools like the Sustainment Data Backbone (SDB).
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across provisioning, staging & validation (S&V), and international sustainment support using enterprise processes such as ESDM and 1LMX.
- Manage the integrity of logistics support analysis records, provisioning documentation, mod kit updates, alternate/substitute parts, and service relationships.
- Support MTA (Maintenance Task Analysis) and OSS (Office Support Specialist) activities, ensuring alignment with provisioning and onboarding needs.
- Resolve IT and database issues, ensuring accuracy and alignment across systems.
- Develop, maintain, and improve supply provisioning processes, procedures, and documentation to optimize global logistics support.

Basic Qualifications:
Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Item Management Experience for a Military Aircraft Platform
Experience Collaborating with Internal and/or External Customers and Key Stakeholders
Experience with informal or formal leadership of teams and/or project leadership
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- Candidate must have demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Candidate must have exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with USAF Supply System to include the USAF Provisioning System
- Experience with LM Sustainment functions relative to Supply and Provisioning operations for both Commercial and USG Customers
- Experience as Control Account Manager using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting
- Self-starter with demonstrated communication skills, ability to work independently, able to work with minimal supervision and develop recommendations from data analysis.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
