You will be the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Supply Operations & Logistics Lead Integrator - Level 4.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Supply Operations & Logistics Lead Integrator - Level 4, you will operate in a dual capacity reporting directly to the AMMM and IFG Financials Sustainment Supply Manager and dotted line to the Supply overall Lead Integrator.
You will serve as the primary delegate for F-16 & F-22 Supply Operations and Logistics inputs to Rough Order Magnitude (ROM), Not-to Exceed (NTE), and/or firm proposals requested by Sustainment Operating Services and the Grow Sustainment CDS Organizations. Strong collaboration with but not limited to the IFG Financials team, IFG Item Management team, IFG Program Managers and Integrators, Supply Chain Management, Contracting, CEVA personnel, Quality, Engineering, and Provisioning shall be required to ensure accurate and on-time Basis of Estimates (BOE) are provided to meet Foreign Military Sales (FMS) / Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts and Growth targets.
You will hold technical knowledge and experience with IFG Repair and Return, Spares, Modification, Upgrade, and Overhaul, Kit Management, and Logistics processes to shape future proposals and think strategically to improve current contract supply and logistics processes. In this position, you will need to be a self-starter, proactive, with ability to operate autonomously.
Additionally, you will serve as Project Lead for the Supply Operations and Logistics Organization leveraging subject matter experts for projects across the Supply Capability Delivery System. Projects can include but are not limited to standardization of supply and logistics processes across multiple Lines of Business, continuous improvement and/or lean activities, risk and gap analysis, root cause corrective action, and creation of briefing material for Senior Leadership. This will also include analytical assessments and data driven solutions to proposal, modeling, and fleet performance information needed to support ongoing initiatives.
You will also serve in a deputy role for the IFG and AMMM Financials Manager for all IFG scope in Fort Worth. In this role you will take point on any actions as needed to support Fort Worth execution.

Further Information About This Opportunity
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, OR equivalent experience/combined education.
• Previous experience with Item Management, Kit Management, Logistics, Base or Field Supply, Sustainment, Proposal or Acquisition, and/or Supply Chain experience.
• Previous project management and/or project leadership experience (i.e. able to collaborate and integrate with cross-functional teams).
• Experience with data analysis in regards to proposals, modeling and simulations outputs, fleet data, supply chain data.
Desired Skills:
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience in a prior or current role
Analytics and Data Analysis
SAP experience
Previous lead or leadership of teams or projects
APTS experience
Proposal Development Experience
Contract execution experience with any of the following: Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Basic Ordering Agreement/Contract (BOA/BOC), Contractor Logistic Support (CLS), Modification Programs, Direct Commercial Sales and/or Foreign Military Sales.
Lean/Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement certification (green belt, etc.)
Experience performing data and root cause analysis
F-16, F-22 technical experience
Experience with US Government F-16/F-22 Program Office / LM F-16/F-22 Program Management
MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Outstanding communication and organization skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
