Job Responsibilities
Description:Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) team in Fort Worth, Texas as an Integration Fighter Group (IFG) Technical Integrator for our F-35 Contract Field Teams.
This position assists the Contract Field Team Execution Manager with day-to-day oversight regarding all teams working in the field supporting Lockheed Martin customers. Candidate will provide technical expertise to include but not limited to, contract field team plans, Technical Orders/Directives (TCTOs / TCTDs), manpower/resource requirements supporting aircraft maintenance production both from a schedule and cost perspective and setting maintenance priorities.
Other responsibilities include:
· Integrates with the customer and advises teams on best approach in working with LM customers
· Assists Contract Field Teams (CFT) executing modifications at CONUS and OCONUS locations
· Advises on proposal estimates and data as required
· Engineering Liaison/Integration
· Customer/Team Partner Post-Delivery Modification Integration and Support
· Post-Delivery Modification TCTD Kit-Proofing, Verification, and Validation Integration and Support
· Manages general services, repairs, and overhauls of aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure that modifications, inspections and repairs are accomplished per applicable engineering and technical data.
· Ensures workforce follows appropriate technical and Department of Defense (DoD) instructions.
· Advises management on status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed. Ensures good housekeeping and safety practices are enforced.
· Candidate must be able to work/travel in various CONUS/OCONUS locations
· Security Clearance Required. Must have at minimum a Final Secret Security clearance. Must be a US Citizen. This position will be located in facilities that require special access.
· Military Base access required. Candidate must be able secure Base access.
· Passport/Visa required Candidate must be capable of keeping a current Passport to support overseas field team assignments.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
· At least 10 years leadership experience in an aircraft maintenance environment. Leadership experience must include at least one of the following platforms: F-15, F-16, F-22, or F-35 related to aircraft maintenance operations and modifications.
· Aircraft depot level maintenance or management experience.
· Must have experience manning, leading, and supporting all aspects of Unit and depot level aircraft modifications.
· Extensive background in Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD) implementation.
· Experience managing projects with strong organizational and communication skills.
· Candidate must be proficient with researching and interpreting modification engineering drawings and manufacturing/material process specifications etc.
· Proficient using Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel).
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from other candidates:
• Fifth generation aircraft maintenance (F-35 or F-22)
• Previous Contract Field Team Lead experience
• F-35 ALIS, MODIFACT
• Understanding of USAF and/or USN maintenance practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with Field Service Representatives, and Maintenance Managers on schedules, aircraft status and issues as they occur.
• Effective communication skills for coordination at all levels throughout maintenance structure to include Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics Support Managers
• Ability to develop and present formal briefings and presentations.
• Ability to develop necessary maintenance plans and procedures.
• Ability to develop work schedules and assign tasks
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
