WHO YOU ARE
This position will serve as a Program Performance Management (PPM/EVM) compliance analyst within the RMS Program Performance Management Compliance & Applications organization. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to successfully process, analyze, and interpret their assigned programs' cost and schedule metrics and provide recommendations to address areas of concern. The PPMC&A analyst will support surveillance of assigned programs’ implementation of PPM and other initiatives as assigned, working with senior members of PPMC&A team. Typical activities of the PPMC&A analyst include:

Supporting PPM/EVM surveillance activities, including Data Driven Metrics (DDM) processing and analysis, including collaboration with PPMC&A team members in preparation for DCMA surveillance. Assisting with development and closure of program Corrective Active Plans.

Providing working knowledge and understanding of PPM areas, facilitating review, analysis, and guidance related to PPM implementations on assigned program(s). This includes PPM/EVM process areas such as variance analysis, EAC realism, CEACs, quantitative backup data (QBD), baseline management, customer deliverables, and command media compliance. Performing review of program PPMDs and other PPM-related command media.

Occasionally participating as a cost or schedule panel member on assigned independent reviews (INARs, BRs, IBRs and PARs). Supporting LM Internal Reviews based upon Risk Defined Programs areas. Supporting follow-up on closure and sustainment of documented actions with members of PPMC&A team.

Assisting with facilitation of PPM-related courses to include PPM101, based upon areas of demonstrated skill set knowledge.

Basic Qualifications:
• Background in several of the following PPM areas: customer reporting, planning/scheduling, EAC development, variance analysis, baseline establishment, tools expertise, baseline change management, material/subcontract EV, program management, program financial management

• Prior experience supporting a program in a program finance capacity with internal and/or external EVM requirements and oversight.

• Proven ability to implement, understand and articulate the LM Program Performance Management Process (PPMP-01), and/or EIA-748 Earned Value Management Systems Industry Standard.

• Strong business and professional acumen

• Ability to travel based on business needs

• Ability to obtain security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Understanding of Data Driven Metrics (DDM)

• Ability to offer and execute process improvements

• Involvement with surveillance reviews to include preparation, execution and/or post review cycles.

• Ability to collaborate and work with all levels within the business to include Program Management, Control Account Managers and PPM&C Teammates in a geographically dispersed environment.

• Possess excellent communication skills to include written, verbal, and presentation.

• Strong Customer Service orientation with experience in building customer relationships and trust.

• Familiarity with recognized PPM tools (i.e., Cobra, PM Compass, wInsight, Open Plan, Primavera, Microsoft Project, and/or Acumen)

• Prior work experience in PPMC&A

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
