Description:The Corporate Treasury team is seeking enthusiastic, energetic candidates interested in learning, growing and open to changing processes for a better tomorrow.

The role will evolve and grow over time in the following major areas:
- Interpret domestic federal and state regulations and/or international policies s as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices, and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met.
- May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.
- May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
- May include compliance review and approval of promotional materials, including post marketing.

Job Description:
The position supports the Global Cash Management (GCM) organization in Enterprise Operations in the following areas:

1. Bank Account Management:
a)The maintenance of the LM bank account database and files and making timely updates on bank account opening/closing and signer changes. Complying with the GCM SOX documentation requirements and supporting the audit requirements corporate-wide.
b) The corporate-wide documentation and administration process for the LM bank account openings/closings and signer changes. Interface with each Business Area/Business Unit (BA/BU), Global Financial Services (GFS), Legal, Business Development, and various bank personnel to prepare all required documentation complying with domestic and foreign banking laws.
c) Investigates and resolves bank account documentation compliance requirements with the banks.
d) May work with other corporate organizations and/or partner banks to develop procedures to improve processes for LM documentation compliance with partner banks.
e) The Annual Bank Account Review (ABAR) process, working with BA/BUs and GFS to gather all required banking data, perform the review, reconcile discrepancies (if any), and publish the review report to the Treasurer and BA/BU CFOs.
f) Coordinating and preparing the annual foreign bank account report (FBAR) filings.
g) Providing additional support to bank-related documentation requirements, as needed.

2. Audit Support:
a) Data gathering for internal and external audit requests, including the annual SOX testing

3. Legal Entity Dissolution coordination

4. Exposure to Cash Management, banking platforms & treasury management systems (Kyriba)

5. Providing support to various Treasury/GCM-related assignments/special projects, as needed.


Candidates should be: a) able and willing to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet daily requirements of the position; b) a change agent with industry updates and internal process changes; and c) willing to learn more about Global Cash Management, Treasury, and the overall business of Lockheed Martin.

Travel to Bethesda is required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Time management skills with strong attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet assigned deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Teams), especially Microsoft Excel - formulas, charts, import/export, VLOOKUP, etc
• Effective organizational and coordination skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or additional related education and training certificates
• Knowledge of banking processes and requirements related to bank account openings, changes, and closures; Know Your Customer; Anti-Money Laundering; FATCA
• Knowledge of [or familiarity with] company formation documents, banking resolutions, and powers of attorney

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $58,200 - $111,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
