What You Will Be Doing:
Uses Fifth Generation aircraft management tools “Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)” to create and assign work-orders. Tracks aircraft, aircraft history, maintenance, engine data, Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs), and time change items. Performs scheduling, inspection tracking, coordination of outside support, and other various functions in accordance with appropriate Sustainment Operating Instruction (SOIs). Gathers, summarizes, interprets, reports, and maintains information regarding company or competitive schedule activity. Executes planned flight schedules resulting in efficient service, optimum use of other company resources to maximize production. Modifies, revises, and provides analysis of schedule plans. Prepares approved general schedules, timetables, and other related material. Coordinates with Maintenance Manager on schedules, aircraft status and issues as they occur. Validates work schedules and assigns tasks in the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS). Receives Time Compliance Technical Data (Aircraft, Support Equipment and Alternate Mission Equipment) and coordinates with Quality Assurance and Aircraft Maintenance Managers. Lead the TCTD scheduling meeting. Works with maintenance supervision to ensure maintenance actions are completed on time. Ensures data entered into ALIS by lower technical levels to include military members is complete, accurate and provide training when necessary. Performs related clerical functions associated with Maintenance Control such as updating status boards, obtaining and distributing forms, or other duties as directed by the supervisor. Requires the application of experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed in searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from an ALIS and other related functions.

* Must be able to work multiple shifts and support Field Team deployments as needed.

* Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

*Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
* Must have an Interim Secret Clearance prior to starting.

Physical Demands:
Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist.

Basic Qualifications:
Working Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance documentation in Automated Logistics Information System (ALIS)

Working knowledge of LODEM/LOHAS documentation.

Ability and willingness to learn operation, documentation, upload, and download of Solumina workbooks.

Basic knowledge of aircraft tools, tool maintenance, tool box inventories and tooling serviceability inspections.
Desired Skills:
Intermediate level or above Computer knowledge and ability to operate programs including but not limited to Microsoft Project, ALIS, JTD.

Abilty to make and maintain charts, graphs, slides, forms and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word etc.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
