THE WORK
Join the Moorestown Operations Team! In this important role you will:
• Support logistics requests for all RMS programs through use of electronic shipping requests by analyzing customer need and supplying carrier transportation solutions.
• Create shipping documents via various online carrier websites to include truck bill of lading documents and/or air bills as required.
• Provide shipping estimates utilizing both online carrier web site tools and internal company tools.
• Process and reconcile freight invoices for all carrier types utilizing online supplier web tools in support of Moorestown operations.
• Provide written authorization correspondence & communicate with carrier billing customer service offices via e-mail/fax/phone to resolve invoices issues to include incorrect billing terms and acceptance of freight charges.
• Process DD250 government shipping documentation for OUTBOUND shipments of Aegis Weapons Systems material.
• Create government bill of a ladings and air bills using government online web tools to support WEDOC operations for 1149 and 1348 document shipments.

Basic Qualifications:
-Previous experience with logistic requests and providing transportation solutions commensurate with material need in support of manufacturing environment.
- Experience creating shipping documents both domestic and international via various online carrier websites to generate/create bill of lading documents or air bills as required.
- Previous experience in providing shipping estimates for all modes of transport utilizing both online carrier web based tools and internal company tools.
- Experience in processing government shipments both domestically and international with familiarity in using established online tools.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance for this position. Obtaining a clearance requires US citizenship.
Desired Skills:
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with processing Department of State exports to include licensed shipments against DSP-5, DSP-73, DSP-61, and license exemption shipments.
- Experience with hazardous materials shipping - ground/air – and possess current valid certifications in 49 CFR Part 172 and IATA regulations.
- Familiarity with use of Global Freight Management work suite of tools used to process government shipments via various modes from small parcels up to and including oversized full truckloads on DD250 and 1149 documents.
- Familiarity with use of DCMA etools/Shipping Instructions Request (SIR) for submission of government shipments for export to DCMA Traffic and associated process used to complete export documentation.
- Experience with reconciling and processing carrier freight invoices through a corporate service provider’s online suite of tools.
- Knowledge & familiarity of Lockheed Martin Corporate Traffic online tools for approved carrier contract information.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
