You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for our dynamic team in Troy, AL. Our team is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of a work group, delivering high-quality products, excellent performance, and on-time delivery.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve exceptional results, driving performance, and fostering a safe and inclusive work environment. You will oversee daily operations, plan and assign work, and develop strategies to increase throughput and reduce inefficiencies.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Daily supervision of a team, including planning and assigning work
• Ensuring teammates are adequately trained and prepared for work
• Tracking and documenting attendance and performance metrics
• Building effective relationships and maintaining good employee relations
• Ensuring a safe and inclusive workplace, following safety and environmental policies
• Collaborating with ESH to ensure compliance with regulations
• Developing strategies to increase throughput and reduce inefficiencies

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/combined education.

Must obtain an interim clearance prior to starting and have the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Working Knowledge of MS Office Software and Systems.
Proven ability to manage cost, quality, and schedule metrics.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
