Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst Senior for a position CONUS. Duties include: Supervise and oversee receipt, issues, inventories, lateral transfers between supported elements, and turn in of Government Owned Property (GOP)
Supervise, prepare and process Relief of Responsibility documentation, DD Form 200, in accordance with AR 735-5
Assist with the development of solutions to a variety of logistical and acquisition problems which occur within the supported client
Perform routine preventative maintenance checks and services and repair of equipment and supplies up to the command level in accordance with SOCCENT policies and procedures
Maintain hand receipts ensuring proper documentation of property, changes to primary hand receipt, turn-in of inoperable or obsolete equipment, and cataloging and integration of new equipment
Experience with U.S. Army property accountability processes, procedures and regulations.
Experience with Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A) is preferred with a thorough and complete understanding of manual property book hand receipt procedures.
Forecast, procure, receive, inspect, inventories, loads, unloads, segregates, account, store, and dis-tribute, and dispose Government equipment using GCSS-A, Secure Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced System (SPBUSE) and any future accountability systems. This support will be in support of TPE (Theater Provided Equipment) and any NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) managed by SOCCENT.
Prepare all unit supply documents.
Issues and receives small arms and communication equipment. Secures and controls weapons, electronics and ammunition in security areas IAW AR 190-11. Schedules and performs preventive maintenance on weapons.
Coordinate logistical activities with other staff elements supply and service and motor transport units.
Have in-depth knowledge of hand receipt accounts, inventories, cataloging, reconciliations, authorizations, validations, and change of hand receipt holders, supporting documents, Financial Li-ability Investigations for Property Loss (FLIPL), along with proper and timely keeping of all ac-count property records.
Perform initial review of proper completion of requisitions for the purchase of equipment and provide to the Government for authorization and processing of these items according to AR 710-2, AR 735-5 and DA PAM 710-2-1.
Screen each hand receipt for excess and shortages of property and supplies for redistributing.
Attach property records to the property hand receipt holders using automated property hand receipts according to paragraph 2-10, AR 710-2.
Assist Hand Receipt Holders (HRH), as required, in conducting inventories, and adjust property sub-hand receipt records as required for accuracy purposes.
Work with HRH and staff to collaborate and seek to resolve problems of a special, controversial, or technical nature, as they occur, regarding all phases of property management.
Review monthly inventory reports for compliance with all regulations and to identify appropriate adjustments are made when necessary.
Assist with monthly inventories and validation reports, and track that they are executed and re-turned in a timely manner.
Prepare, review, and recommend changes to the PBO for internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Assist in initiate FLIPL, DD Form 200, investigations, collection vouchers, and AR 15-6 investigations in a timely and efficient manner, complying with AR 735-5.
Advise hand receipt holders and leadership on the proper usage of property and the procedures for processing FLIPL, DD Form 200, investigations, and other regulatory means used to affix responsibility for property lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Conformity of property management to applicable Army Regulations, Federal Property Management Regulations, Supply Updates, and Department of the Army Pamphlet
Basic Qualifications:
Thorough and complete understanding of manual property book hand receipt procedures. Have in-depth knowledge of hand receipt accounts, inventories, cataloging, reconciliations, authorizations, validations, change of hand receipt holders, supporting documents, Financial Liability Investigations for Property Loss (FLIPL), along with proper and timely keeping of all account property records.
Must possess excellent work ethics, verbal and written communication skills and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and other related software and programs, proficient in the use of office machines such as printer, copiers, fax and other, able to write correspondence in a military format.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security clearance.
Able to travel internationally.
Desired Skills:
10 years of logistics experience with the completion of the Army 92Y or 92A Service Schooling or sister service equivalent or the 920B Warrant Officer Course. Experience with Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) is preferred with a thorough and complete understanding of manual property book hand receipt procedures.
Prior Military experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
