THE WORK
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for technical training across Rotary Operations and Quality. This includes managing budgets, resourcing, and leading a matrixed team to develop and deliver training programs that support our product centers and support functions.
You’ll be the Learning System Administration subject matter expert for Production Operations and Quality, ensuring our training initiatives align with organizational needs. In addition to developing and managing training content, you’ll play a critical role in continuous improvement initiatives, internal/external quality audit preparation, and new hire training. You’ll also collaborate closely with the corporate Talent & Organizational Capability team to ensure our workforce is equipped with the critical skills needed for future success.

You’re a strategic leader with a passion for technical training and workforce development. You have experience managing complex training programs in manufacturing environments and are comfortable leading matrixed teams to deliver impactful results. As a subject matter expert in learning systems administration, you’re adept at ensuring training programs align with both current operational needs and future workforce requirements. You excel at managing budgets, collaborating across departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience in technical training program management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Expertise in learning systems administration.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.

Basic Qualifications:
Highly proficient in Learning Systems administration
Previous production operations/manufacturing experience
Previous leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries
Demonstrated project management skills through the ADDIE (assess, design, develop, implement, evaluate) model or like framework
Proficiency with data analytics/analysis in support ROI success
Strong business software skills (e.g. MS Office Suite and website applications)
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated ability to work with leaders at multiple levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal skills
Prior experience leading in represented manufacturing environments
Ability to identify potential risks and opportunities and propose solutions
Previous Sikorsky experience
Ability to work self-directed

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
