We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support the RMS Operations Vice President.

THE WORK

As the Administrative Assistant, you will:
• Provide general correspondence, phone duties, schedule appointments, make travel arrangements and complete expense reports, answer internal and external customer inquiries and perform other duties, as assigned
• Perform complex administrative functions that require independent decision making and problem solving with minimal direction.
• Support and interface with customer including customer visits and meetings, setup of meetings (including refreshment as necessary), and coordination of visit requests with Lockheed Martin Security.
• Manage conference room (including reservations, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Teams and other IT as necessary).
• Provide support for business operations including coordinate, compile and prepare internal business reviews, documentation, and reports; compile and edit weekly and monthly status reports and items of interests.
• Determine priorities of non-routine situations and will participate and lead miscellaneous projects or initiatives as needed, including providing support to the department staff.

Basic Qualifications:
• Five years of administrative experience, prior executive secretary experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and working knowledge of SharePoint.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment and technology for both operation and basic trouble shooting. (Phone, iPhone, computer, laptop, photocopy, pdf, etc).

• Excellent interpersonal skills/ability to interact with all levels of management, peers, government, and other industry personnel in a proficient, courteous, discrete and professional manner

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and act in a professional manner
• Willingness to assume increasing levels of responsibilities and have a strong desire for professional continued self-improvement, a professional demeanor and well-spoken
• Ability to anticipate requirements of business leaders

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
