Description:Under the technical direction of higher-level personnel, utilize various documents and computer systems in the performance of duties.
Assist higher-level personnel perform duties in support of the Consolidated Hazardous Material Reutilization and Inventory Management Program (CHRIMP), which provides life-cycle management of hazardous and shelf-life material.
Assist in the ordering, receiving, repackaging, labeling, inventory, and monitoring of the shelf life of hazardous materials.
Under the technical direction of higher-level personnel, track container returns, dispense hazardous material from larger containers into smaller unit sizes, process expired
material and dispose of hazardous waste.
Through formal classroom training and through on-the-job training provided by Missile Material Handler Seniors, acquire a working knowledge of missile material handling
functions.
Work with progressively less guidance and instruction as time in the classification increases. While in this classification, demonstrate the ability to independently perform the work described in the Missile Material Handler Senior classification.
Perform related duties, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in support areas within the supply chain organization to include but not limited to: HAZMAT CHRIMP center, inventory control, property, material planning and procurement

• Supply, Warehouse Logistics, or Procurement experience.

• Experience in Microsoft Office applications, comfortable in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create tracking and sustainment options to help team members and management effectively track and manage MHE parts, SE parts, HAZMAT and various materials over the long term.

• Experience with logistics/property data bases (IMAP, AMOS, SAP) or equivalent programs for managing and tracking Government property and equipment.

• Experience with Material Acquisition System (MAS) processes or equivalent procurement databases.

• Ability to read and research necessary information in applicable federal manuals and company documents, and to locate parts specified by engineering designs or requirements through internet research.

• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses, certifications, and qualifications pertinent to assigned tasks associated with warehouse operations, including but not limited to: use of bar code scanners, and material handling equipment; handling and processing of hazardous materials and waste.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, with an Interim Secret required to start.

• Ability to track and be responsible for inventories as needed for SE and MHE equipment.

• Must be a US Citizen. Cannot be a dual citizen.

• Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license.
Desired Skills:
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, self-starter with minimal supervision required.

• Organizational skills.

• Working knowledge of hand tools to assist in day to day operations as well as a working knowledge of vehicle maintenance operations

• Working knowledge of how to operate a forklift to receive and move large items within the building.

• FBM knowledge.

• Inventory Management knowledge: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, including toolboxes, Vidmar cabinets, and equipment storage areas, to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control.

• Parts Organization and Storage knowledge: Establish and maintain a logical and efficient parts organization system, ensuring easy access and minimal downtime.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
The base range for this position in Washington is $25.27 - $40.14.

The wage range and benefits summary is a general guideline and is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer.
