Description:Come join the C2BMC team to put your project management skills to work as we drive the entire enterprise forward serving one of our Missile Defense Agency (MDA) customer’s most critical missile defense mission needs! C2BMC is an IDIQ structured program comprised of multiple task orders responsible for the design, development, deployment, integration, testing, operations and sustainment of a software based Command/Control and Battle Management system. This system provides US Commanders around the globe essential situational awareness and is the integrating element central to the MDA’s missile defense missions. The MDA Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) National Team and collaborates with multiple government agencies, contractors, universities, and other organizations to accomplish a diverse and broad reaching mission.

Who You Are
A successful candidate must understand and be dedicated to the C2BMC Mission including Missile and Space Defense. The successful candidate will need to utilize good communication skills and good organizational skills to facilitate collaboration across the many organizations necessary to accomplish challenging missions. The selected candidate will join a high performing team as a Dev Sec Ops Engineer supporting development for the MDA C2BMC-Global line of business. The selected candidate will be assigned to the C2BMC-G Portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:
• An Active Final Top Secret Level Security Clearance prior to starting
• Familiarity with Linux Fundamentals and basic scripting
• Experience with containers and container orchestration tools
• Experience with infrastructure automation in support of COTS or custom-built applications
• Experience with at least one commercial cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google)
• Basic understanding of type 1 encryption and/or IPSEC tunnel.
• Familiarity with the application and benchmarking of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirements Guides (SRGs), as well as at least one compliance framework (RMF, PCI-DSS, CMMC, DFARS, etc)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) such as Radiant Mercury
• Experience with Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC)
• Designing, deploying, and maintaining large engineering COTS applications (ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, CAD/PLM tools) in secure, air gapped environments. Specifically with regard to hardening deployments (DISA STIGs and SRGs).
• Experience with at least one or more languages: Java, Kotlin, Ruby, Python, .NET, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with ICD 503/JSIG and DAAPAM 
• Experience implementing new and complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large environments and at an Enterprise level 
• Experience with IS auditing and investigations 
• Knowledgeable of operating system security requirements 
• Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools 
• Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $128,900 - $247,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
