Who You Are

The Skunk Works Supply Chain on-site Material Program Management Manager
In this fast-paced role, you will lead an existing team of eleven that performs subcontract program management duties in support of multiple Advanced Development Programs, Customers, and the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team.

What You Will Be Doing

Every day will be unique as your responsibilities are designed to help communicate the program visions, purposes and missions from the customer and company's perspective. Your job is to help execute the objectives, strategies and plans specific to GSC and its Supply base that are necessary to winning the business and supporting the customers.
In performance of these duties you and your team will:
- Perform Supply Chain Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities for assigned program(s)
- Perform Supply Chain Material Cost Forecasting (MCF) responsibilities for assigned program(s)
- Represent Supply Chain Management at CAM, MCF, and Program reviews
- Manage impacts to material cost and program schedule
- Manage Outside Processing, Raw Materials, and Miscellaneous Small Parts (MSP) for multiple ADP portfolios
- Serve as Supply Chain Program Manager on program pursuits
- Create Subcontract Management Plans
- Manage Statement of Work development
- Monitor and manage subcontract placement per Integrated Master Schedules for multiple programs
- Establishing and executing acquisition strategies to support program objectives while maintaining procurement system integrity
- Provide effective communication across multiple disciplines and with multiple personalities
- Manage competing demands between aggressive program schedule milestones and functional compliance responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
- Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management

Must be a US Citizen; this position requires an active U.S. Government SECRET security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires
Basic Qualifications:
• Professional experience working Supply Chain Management (SCM) fundamentals including, processes, procedures, policies, systems, and overall understanding of subcontracts, and acquisition procedures

• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) and internal policies

• Experience with Material Cost Forecasting and Cost Account Management

• Experience in at least (1) of the following disciplines:

- Material Program Management
- Engineering
- Material Finance
- Program Management

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $135,800 - $256,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
