We are looking for a Classified Cyber Security Manager to oversee Collateral Program's within the Advanced Development Programs Line of Business.
As a Cyber Security Manager for the ADP portfolio, you serve as Information System Security Manager (ISSM) responsible for the day-to-day operations and leadership of a team of highly technical, cyber security professionals executing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM). You must manage the processes required for the development, implementation, and maintenance of numerous classified computer environments that support multiple program requirements across a large and dynamic organization.
The leader will integrate the Classified Cyber Security Program function with the Program Management leadership team to execute cyber security milestones and deliverables of the assigned program. This role will report to the ADP Senior Manager, Classified Cyber Security.
• Lead cyber security project delivery by ensuring the cyber security team delivers on success criteria. Address project issues and risks, and building commitment with delivery team and internal/external partners
• Develop and deliver project reporting for assigned projects, including critical analysis of project status, potential risks, and continual process improvement.
• Conduct cyber project and program reviews with stakeholders to ensure projects are on task and remain on schedule.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of current and future security domains including those which may introduce new service areas (e.g. Cloud Computing, DevSecOps).
• Interpret the DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) in determining technical Information Assurance (IA) requirements and ensure proper security implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), maintaining inspection readiness and continuous monitoring.
• Serve as a key liaison with government agency representatives such as Collateral Security Control Assessors (SCA) and other external/internal customers including Program Management leadership.
• Integrate the Classified Cyber Security Program with cross-site/functional security teams to promote standardization, compliance, and risk management.
• Be a Security and Compliance Champion that promotes and evangelizes awareness of different cyber security and compliance risks and best practices across the program.
• Provide mentoring and/or guidance to junior technical security professionals.
Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
Subject to routine government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information throughout their employment as required by the job.
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Progressively responsible experience in IT/Security project management
• R&D project leadership and strategic thinking skills – understands the “big picture” analysis from cyber technological and business case perspectives
• Proficient in Technical Security requirements across multiple domains (Operating Systems, Networks, High Performance Computing. Etc)
• Energetic, highly motivated, and passionate about cyber technologies
• Team player – Effective at leading collaboration amongst teams at multiple locations, organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals to act as “one”.
Desired Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the implementation across multiple phases of large programs.
• A comprehension of security standards and frameworks, rules and regulations, and system trust principals, such as FedRAMP, FIPS, NIST SP 800 Series, JSIG, OWASP, and CSA Star.
• Prior ISSM/ISSO experience
• Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape future initiatives
• Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
• Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
• Possess a minimum of a DoD 8140 IAM Level-III Certification (i.e. CISSP, CISM, GSLC)
• Familiarity with Special Access Programs (SAP) and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
