Description:
You will be an Automated Test Engineering Technical Lead for Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for developing and delivering exceptional weapon systems, sensors, and services, and you'll play a key role in leading automated test engineering efforts.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Automated Test Engineering Technical Lead, you will be responsible for identifying blockers, developing roadmaps, and articulating progress and status in interdisciplinary meetings. You'll work closely with Production Operations, Production Engineering, and other technical disciplines to drive project success.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings with Production Operations and Production Engineering teams
• Generate steps to completion for critical path tasks and backlog activities
• Support Lead engineers in conversations with other technical disciplines
• Identify, manage, and clear blockers on technical issues and projects
• Generate Weekly Presentations with status on challenging assignments

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or STEM-related, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated technical expertise in MFC Automated Test Engineering processes
•Demonstrated technical expertise with MFC Sensors & Global Sustainment ATE programs, preferably in all phases of development, transition to production, production, and sustainment efforts
• Detailed Knowledge of Automated Test Equipment hardware design, software design, and Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities
• Currently holds a Final Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Direct production experience with MFC SGS-related programs in an ATE capacity
• Current or ability to obtain a Special Access clearance is desired
• Experience with Cost Account Management / Earned Value Management System, Writing proposals and Basis or Estimates (BOE)
• Experience with personnel management, including: staffing, performance evaluations, and contractor management
• Full Lifecycle Development Experience
• Process Improvement and Affordability experience
• Strong desire to positively influence the career trajectories of direct reports and to build future talent in the directorate
• Engineering management or Engineering team lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
