Description:Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Orlando, Florida has an opportunity for an Integration & Test (I&T) Test Automation Architect supporting the F-35 ALIS/ODIN program.

In this important role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of technical professionals and have the opportunity interact with internal and external customers. The successful candidate will be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, team-oriented. This position will serve as a Test Automation Architect assigned to the F-35 ALIS/ODIN I&T Team.

This role will develop test automation architecture, pipelines and test strategies to support development and test of F-35 ALIS/ODIN. This role will drive technical engagements and collaborate extensively with software capability teams while providing SME support related to I&T activities.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting Automation Platform team activities including but not limited to, defining automation test strategy, supporting backlog management, generating / maintaining, and presenting metrics to internal leadership and ensuring overall quality of new test automation pipelines
• Assess stakeholder requirements and identify required automated test design and implementation
• Apply best practices for test automation development and continuously improve test automation solutions
• Collaborate with product owners, software engineers, software capability teams and engineering leadership to develop I&T solutions related to test automation
• Recommend changes to improve test automation capabilities to maximize performance and eliminate potential problems

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or other applicable degree
- Versed in Agile Methodology & DevOps
- Demonstrated use of programming languages like Java, Python or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks
- Previous experience working on a hybrid/virtual team
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Robot Framework and Selenium Automation
- Previous Integration & Test experience
- Experience developing & executing automated tests
- Experience with CI/CD tools Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab or similar
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
