Job Responsibilities
Description:
You will be the Program Manager for the Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) program team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology to the warfighter, driving explosive growth, and expanding across multiple platforms.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complimentary contracts aligned to development, platform integration, and production, and driving the delivery of LRASM's new capabilities with a focus on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the USN, USAF, other customers, program functional leads, and other MFC program areas
• Integrating cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure contract baseline performance
• Collaborating with the customer and program team to shape requirements, coordinate proposals, establish business plans, and negotiate new contracts
• Leading and managing multiple contracts to meet program objectives

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
