In our Land and Maritime Solutions Market Segment, part of the Training and Logistics Solutions (TLS) line of business, we save lives by accelerating mission readiness. In Multi-Domain Test Solutions we build and maintain automated test equipment for weapons platforms across multiple domains including air, ground, sea, space and nuclear defense for the US and our allies.
THE WORK
As the Sr Program Manager (Portfolio Lead) for Multi-Domain Test Solutions (MTS), you will lead a portfolio of programs delivering products and services of automated test solutions for the US and allied nations. The key product lines include LM-STAR® and LM-CORE™ products, executing over $130M of sales each year. The role also includes functional responsibility for a program management team who are executing programs that include development, production and sustainment.
• This role will be responsible for setting portfolio growth strategy, driving program performance, advancing digital transformation, and delivering on financial commitments for Multi-Domain Test Solutions.
• An ability to create and maintain internal and external customer relationships will be a priority.
• The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and executive presence.
• Excel in fast-paced, high-demand environments with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, distributed teams.
• Possess proven program strategic planning, proposal and business pursuit successes.
• Experienced professional with Program Management experience; strong experience in EVMS and performance metrics.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders with differing goals and objectives. Demonstrated ability to establish positive customer relationships with executives, government, and industry customers.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Willing and able to travel as required.
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of test solution products, technologies and/or customer domains.
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin products and strong positive relationships across business areas.
• Experience with leading others and/or functional responsibility.
• Experience managing a portfolio of domestic and international development, production, and sustainment programs.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
