Description:You will be an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for our team. Are you ready to help an organization transform and reach its full potential? What You Will Be Doing
As an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of scalable organizational structures.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment between strategy, structure, and culture.
• Facilitate workforce planning and change management initiatives.
• Develop and execute interventions to enhance team effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Use qualitative and quantitative approaches to diagnose organizational challenges and recommend solutions.
• Foster a learning culture by designing programs that build skills and competencies.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions to address organizational challenges.
• Introduce and implement innovative practices, such as agile methodologies or hybrid work models.
• Drive initiatives that enhance collaboration, flexibility, and productivity across teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to craft adaptive strategies that respond to market changes.
• Align organizational goals with broader business strategies and emerging trends.
• Collaborates effectively with colleagues in other Human Resources disciplines (e.g. Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, etc.) in the delivery of OD/OE services.
• Stays current with industry trends and emerging practices in the professional field of OD/OE; shares best practices with peers across the corporation.
• Proven experience in organization design and development within complex organizations.
• Strong consulting background with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of emerging workplace trends and experience implementing innovative working practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead adaptive strategy development initiatives.
• Expertise in managing change and driving alignment across stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• 8 + years of professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement a range of organizational efficiency initiatives, operating models, governance structures, organizational design efforts and change management
• A high degree of adaptability, systems thinking capability and ability to effectively navigate the organization with sound business acumen and consulting skills
• Comfort with ambiguity; strong decision-making skills and ability to provide well-informed solutions
• Great teammate with a roll-up-one’s-sleeves attitude, and highly developed sense of proactivity and creative problem solving
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills (i.e., ability to influence without positional power, ability to establish and maintain strong networks and relationships, ability to interact with all organizational levels with credibility, and ability to manage conflict with key stakeholders that results in desired outcomes

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
