Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the Navy Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (N-MRO) Program and other related Navy Logistics IT program scope. This Limited Deployment Program is the second phase of development for a COTS-based solution to assist the Navy in the digital transformation of their logistics information systems. This phase consists of continued development, integration, test, and limited deployment of our solution across multiple Navy sites.
THE WORK
We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Program Manager with strong experience in system development, integration and test and portfolio management in an agile environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day program performance of the full program scope of work, which includes development, integration and test, technical publications, courseware development, deployment to the sites, and ongoing help desk and problem resolution. Concurrently, responsibilities may include managing multiple deployment programs, capture and preparation of full deployment phase of the program. The selected individual proactively works with the customer and all functional organizations to ensure timely execution of program activities to meet customer deadlines, and as such will need to demonstrate highly collaborative and effective communication skills. In addition, this position is responsible for supporting and developing others within the PM function managing scope on the program(s).

Basic Qualifications:
- 10 Years of Program Management (P&L) Experience including development, production, and sustainment programs with strong track record of driving program performance
- Experience planning technical efforts, including schedules, metrics, and budgets
- Demonstrated ability to partner with internal and external customers and establish influential relationships
- Ability to foster strong partnerships with key supplier teammates
- Strong understanding of DOD contracting including FFP, CPFF, OTA, and other contract types
- Strong risk management experience in all phases of program lifecycle from proposal and program start-up through development, production, deployment, and sustainment
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional, cross-organization team and partner with peers
- Demonstrated ability and experience in coaching, mentoring and developing Program Managers
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and across the RMS functions
- In-dept knowledge of EVMS, EPRS, PMM, CPARs, Metrics, and Command Media
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Strong experience leading Agile based development program
- Understanding of Logistics Information Systems
- Experience working with the US Navy and understanding of their maintenance construct
- Experience with Digital Transformation concepts and processes such as DevSecOps and Automated Test
- Proposal and/or Capture Management experience
- Formal program management training and certification
- Previous LM PM experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
