This position will serve as a Systems Engineer for Classified IT Operations and Transformation initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Work on both unclassified and classified projects, developing, maintaining, and providing support for OneLM networks and platform services.
• Perform duties as the Domain/System Administrator, oversee the maintenance, optimal function, and patching of the infrastructure and multiple networks, create, maintain and secure various operating systems, and test, integrate and maintain various custom and engineering software applications hosted.
• Perform system startup, shutdown, backups, and restores and maintain required records for compliance of the system.
• Support IT, Classified Cybersecurity, Program Security requirements to maintain local and government compliance authorization efforts.
• Ensure information system security compliance is maintained in accordance with security compliance regulations.
• Perform other technical ad hoc duties within the scope of the contract as mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Government
• Establish a cost effective and robust business rhythm to manage IT Infrastructure for Classified IT Operations in support of the FBM Strategic Systems Program Integration, strategic planning, and operation of all FBM IT Infrastructure Programs requiring Classified IT Operations.
• Demonstrate strong Program management skills, strong IT knowledge and skills in managing unclassified and classified information systems.
• Coordinate network equipment and cable infrastructure installations, configurations and administrations duties.
• Generate system documentation including Diagrams, Rack Elevations, Plate/Panel Details, Electrical load specification.
• Troubleshoot both LM and industry partner designated program equipment and supporting network equipment.
• Work with customers and internal personnel to manage related IT projects and provide customer service and technical support.
• Provide tiered troubleshooting within the scope of a Problem Management and Network Management System.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, servers, and firewalls, both physical and virtual.

*** The position requires an active DoD Top Secret security clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

*** Limited Travel may be required
Basic Qualifications:
• Top Secret Clearance
• US Citizenship is required for this facility
• Must be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
• Eight or more years of core work experience in technical areas related to the position requirements.
• Familiarity with the Sponsor’s system security requirements and the ability to implement technical security requirements.
• Demonstrated experience designing, configuring and installing information systems that include Microsoft Windows Operating systems, Linux Operating Systems, VMware, network routers/switches, physical and virtual servers, and data storage systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Microsoft Windows and Linux based domains.
• Demonstrated experience with issue tracking tools such as ServiceNow/Service Central, JIRA
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing DOD requirements and processes including experience with DoD Risk Management Framework requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with IT solutions and IT resource personnel leadership within classified environments.
• Understanding of and significant experience with Infrastructure Operations (Windows, Linux, and Network) and Cybersecurity
Desired Skills:
• Highly motivated and able to prioritize and integrate multiple projects.
• 5+ Years of demonstrated leadership experience including leading people, projects, and teams
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Collaboration tool suite (Exchange, Skype, SharePoint).
• Demonstrate an understanding of Azure fundamentals and key concepts (Microsoft Entra, Azure Storage Containers, Azure Virtual Desktop)
• Demonstrated skills with Thin Client utilization and management.
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership Capabilities.
• Professional technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or IT management
• Program Management and IT Integration skills (i.e., Infrastructure Operations).
Past performance & execution to schedule, capabilities, technical & risk management.
• Information Technology Management. Demonstrated experience with risk analysis and related business decision processes.
• Strong understanding of information security trends and current industry focus areas
Technical experience with vulnerability management, normal infrastructure/perimeter protections, information technology best practices.
• Experience with Cloud based IT Solutions/Architectures.
• Demonstrated skills in Business Transformation and Process Improvement
Understanding of the 1LMX (OneLM) program, Corporate and Enterprise IT policies and initiatives.
• Experience supporting multiple customers to include personnel at remote sites
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
