You will be an Intelligence Strategy Development Analyst for our Global Security & Emergency Services team. Our team is responsible for providing comprehensive analysis and research to support business development, S&T, and Engineering senior leaders, as well as ongoing program operations and security initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
As an Intelligence Strategy Development Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting advanced research and analysis to evaluate current events, developing and maintaining intelligence community relationships, and providing timely and vetted intelligence to key leaders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support a variety of Cross Business area programs, capabilities, technologies, and functions, and collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies to optimize operations and align government and industry interests. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting threat reviews and vulnerability assessments
• Supporting key Intelligence Community SME meetings and providing security support
• Delivering risk-managed, business-focused security solutions
• Providing insightful and timely intelligence to key leaders
• Developing and executing event security plans
• Coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies, including IC agencies and law enforcement
• Managing and coordinating multiple Intelligence Community meetings and maintaining network accounts

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - A company-sponsored TS/SCI is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Former Tier 1 operator experience.
• 15yrs + Intelligence community experience with varied roles both CONUS and OCONUS.
• Title 10 or title 50 command or equivalent team leadership experience highly desired.
• Extensive experience in managing portfolios and programs within classified channels with classified budgets.
• Candidate will possess a strong physical security and personal protection background.
• Must be able to show experience in planning, coordinating and executing security for events held in both public and private venues, to include coordination with local law enforcement, private or contract security, venue management, event planners and executive staff.
• Must have a current TS/SCI clearance

Candidate must have experience in providing security support to executive leadership to include domestic travel planning, residential assessments, site assessment, threat assessments, route planning, security detail planning and coordination to include pre-advance planning. Must have the proven ability to provide high level briefings and candid discussions with executive leadership and local officials.
Desired Skills:
Thorough knowledge of risk mitigation process, and strategies in the areas of domestic and international travel, event security, executive and asset protection.

Advanced Degree desired.

Established security related relationships within the civilian and/or government security field.

Project / Program Management skills.

Ability to research the political, social, religious and threat environments worldwide that traveling personnel could encounter. Local, State, or federal law enforcement or military experience a plus.

Experience in managing event security or conducting executive / dignitary protection details.

Proficient with use of all Microsoft Office Professional Suite, database management tools, and other basic IT or web enabling skills is also desired.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
