THE WORK

Position Assignment: Information Systems Analyst supporting the USAF F35 training operations at RAF Lakenheath, UK. The successful candidate will support the sustainment, maintenance, and operation of the F-35 Pilot training devices at the F35 Pilot Training Center.

Foreign Assignment: This position will offer a long-term deployment to a foreign country.

Duties include but not limited to being responsible for assisting in defining, developing, configuring and supporting computer applications. Install, setup, and monitor training computer network. Perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training tasks to ensure training computer network meets system requirements. Investigate problem reports, identify problem source, and implement provided solutions. Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, workstations, file servers, networks, fiber, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems. Install and upgrade software applications.

Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. Maintain host security, including firewalls, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery, file system integrity, and add and delete users. Perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards. Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required.

The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team at Lakenheath to fulfill F-35 training objectives. The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies as directed. Candidate must have worked in an environment which required them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature.

Travel to support other sites CONUS and OCONUS may also be required.

F-35 Fast Facts
Basic Qualifications:
• Current Secret Security clearance.
• Must have performed a variety of activities in one or more of the following and/or related areas: Personal computer applications training to include systems administration experience with Windows Server 2012 or newer, Windows7, Active Directory administration, terminal services, DHCP, DNS, WINS, and MS Office Suites, data control and scheduling coordination, data security administration, and associated fields.
• Must be able to work multiple shifts and support some weekend work.
• Possess a current Security+ certification, or the ability to obtain within 2 months from date-of-hire as a condition of continued employment.
Desired Skills:
• Security + Certification.
• Microsoft Certified System Administrator, Firewall and Data Base experience.
• F-35 Training Management System and Learning Management System experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
