Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems Moorestown location is seeking to hire an Advanced Electronics Engineering Technician to maintain naval electronics equipment including navigation, radar, and communications equipment and all associated cabling, computing, multiplexing, switching, cryptographic, and recording systems.
Some of the equipment entailed includes: Tactical Air Navigation System (TACAN), Hawklink (AN/SRQ-4 Radio Terminal Set), LINK-11 Tactical Data Link-A (TADIL-A); Satellite Tactical Digital Information Link-J on LINK-16 (S-TADIL J), Identification Friend or Foe (IFF), Shipboard Fiber Optic Antenna Link (FOAL), Joint Tactical Terminal - Maritime (JTT-M), UHF Communications (SRC Broadband Antenna, AN/GRC-171 transceiver), VHF Communications (AN/GRC-211), and Surface Search / Navigation Radars (AN/SPS-77(V)1, AN/SPS-67, AN/SPS-73(V)18).
The Work
On a day to day basis the Electronics Technician will:
• Analyze equipment operation and align, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to the lowest replaceable unit (LRU).
• Execute casualty control procedures, restore operability for all assigned electronic equipment, and recognize mission criticality and redundancies within systems.
• Perform administrative functions that include updating trouble tickets, associated part requests, technical manuals, equipment maintenance records, and manage test equipment calibration requirements;
• Complete fiber optic and basic soldering repair and electrical safety checks; conduct tool and test equipment inventories, logistics support, and maintenance and testing of systems and equipment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing system upgrades to ACS (Aegis Combat System) and AWS (Aegis Weapon System) elements.
- Ability with researching technical manuals, specifications, and drawings in support of Aegis baseline developmental testing.
- Experience with U.S. Navy shipboard maintenance and test procedures desired. Training and experience with Command and Control (C2) equipment specifically Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) and associated interrogation systems. Experience with other ACS/AWS elements like also a plus.
- 5 years of experience as a technician or similar role.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
Desired Skills:
- Self-starter with flexibility to support changing requirements in a demanding, dynamic test environment.
- Ability to adapt current skills, knowledge, and experience to evolving technology.
- Experience or familiarity with Linux/Red Hat (RHEL) operating system.
- Proficient in the use of advanced electronic test equipment: Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, and Power Meters.
- Strong written and verbal skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively both individually and collaboratively.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
